Writing a safety policy statement
If you employ more than 5 people you must by law have a written health and safety policy statement. We’d like to make that easier for you to do. We’ve developed a template for you to complete and produce your own safety policy. Please note this is currently in development, and probably only suitable for small, mainstream businesses.

If you are a large business, or involved in particularly risky work, this generic statement may be insufficient.
