Employment Tribunal Appeals Leaflet Updated

The leaflet, ‘Appealing against an Enforcement Notice issued for Health and Safety related matters’ has been further updated, and is now referenced URN 09/1185 and dated September 2009.  Please note that URN 09/891 stocks of the booklet should continue to be used until stocks have been exhausted. The only change is that Stratford ET has moved premises and any claims should be referred to:

Copies are available to order from BIS order line on Tel: 0845 0150010 or for download from HELex (username and password required).  Please note that BIS currently hold 5000 copies of URN 09/891 which should be used before ordering the new version of the booklet URN09/1185.

Local Authorities may need to consider revising their enforcement notices to reflect this change.
