Environmental assessment of nuclear decommissioning projects
The purpose of these amendment regulations is to meet the legal requirements to correct typographical errors in the Nuclear Reactors (Environmental Impact Assessment for Decommissioning) Regulations 1999 (EIADR99), implement the (relevant) amendments made to the EIADR99’s parent directive, and simplify arrangements around decommissioning part(s) of a nuclear licensed site.
