Sign workers injured after scaffold collapse

A County Durham man has been successfully prosecuted after he injured himself and another person when repairing a sign over eight metres from the ground.

HSE prosecuted Sohail Hussain, 40, trading as Haris Signs based at Seaham, following the incident at the Metro Inn, Stockton on 19 November 2009.
