Offshore structural integrity strategy updated

This document sets out the OSD five-year strategy (2008-2013) in relation to the major hazards threat to the safety of offshore installations from loss of structural integrity, and updates the previous version. (A formal OSD structural integrity (SI) strategy has been in place since 2001, and was revised in 2005 and made available publicly on the Internet.
