HSE warns companies to comply with their notices after a Lincolnshire hotel owner was sentenced for a number of offences. Kulwinder Bola, owner of the Royal Renaissance Hotel in Skegness, was found guilty on Tuesday 28 October of ignoring a prohibition notice issued by the HSE.
