This comprised of conducting a rigourous literature review to establish the current evidence base on effective BCWE practices across principle UK construction contractors and consultants to capture the main findings. These were compared with the contemporary scientific evidence for BCWE to produce the report.

There is an online questionnaire for employers to complete, deadline for entries 31 December 2008.
