Demolition company fined after electrician injured in fall

HSE is warning companies to take risk assessments seriously and to ensure that measures identified to control risks are properly implemented. The warning comes after a London based demolition company was prosecuted when an electrician was seriously injured after falling more than five metres.

Helicopter Liaison Group minutes

The Helicopter Liaison Group (HLG) is a sub-committee of Offshore Industry Advisory Commitee. Its role is to act as a liaison forum to advise OIAC on safety policy matters associated with those aspects of the provision and operation of helicopter facilities at offshore installations.
