This is available on CD and hard copy and is posted on this website in English and Welsh.

Catering equipment manufacturer Lincat Limited, of Whisby Road, Lincoln was fined  after pleading guilty to breaching Section 2(3) of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974*, and contravening two regulations of the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992.
