It also complements existing guidance contained in the Major Incident Operational Procedure. This guidance is primarily intended for Inspectors from HID’s Specialised Industries Division Gas & Pipelines Unit (SI3). However, Inspectors from other HID Chemical Industry Units may be called on to provide an initial response.
