Gas manual update

The Gas Safety (Management) Regulations 1996 ‘Safety Case Assessment Manual has been updated to include: a new chapter with guidance and criteria for small GSMR networks; clarification on assessment methodology for safety cases and exemptions and updates to several references and hyperlinks.
