Operating experience feedback - screening, analysis, monitoring, review

This new annex of the Nuclear Directorate’s (ND’s) business management manual describes ND’s processes for utilising operating experience feedback (OEF) from events reported by UK licensees and from overseas events to inform decisions on targeting interventions and a location of resources. The scope of the procedure excludes OEF from ND’s investigation of licensee events.

Farmers targeted in agricultural safety event

Self employed farmers in Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk are being targeted by HSE in an effort to reduce the number of farm workers killed and injured each year.

The free event taking place on Thursday 14 February at Otley Agricultural College in Suffolk, is the latest in a series of agricultural safety awareness days being run throughout the East.
