Asbestos Licence Assessment Guide - updated

It is intended to help HSE inspectors and the Asbestos Licensing Unit (ALU) ensure that assessments and licence reviews are conducted fairly, consistently and transparently. HSE warning after Stoke on Trent gas installer jailed

The HSE has issued a warning to the public to only allow CORGI registered gas installers to work on their appliances. The warning comes after a gas fitter pleaded guilty to four charges of breaching HSE Prohibition Notices and two charges of falsely claiming CORGI registration.
