HSE warns of work at height dangers

HSE warns companies whose business involves working at height to ensure they provide suitable safety equipment and have appropriate procedures in place before allowing their staff to work in potentially dangerous situations.

It follows the prosecution of a North Wales roofing contractor when one of his employees died, after a fall through a skylight.
