Safety warning HACA fixed rail vertical fall arrest system update

An error has been recently found in the transfer of information on to the tables in this report and corrected. The correction is to Annex 1: in (T1) - Results/Comments - weight drop distance ‘0.35m’ is replaced with ’0.25m this does not affect the results or substance of the warning.
