Following publication of EC Regulation 1849/2006 (the 4th Review Regulation) to remove the active substance pirimiphos - methyl from the Biocidal Products Directive review programme, stocks of biocidal products including those approved under COPR containing this substance must not remain on the EU market by 3 January 2008.
