This SIM primarily informs FOD inspectors and HSAOs about follow up work to the Healthy Workplace Solutions Workshops (HWSW) on managing stress and sickness absence held in 2006/07 and provides information and guidance on the inspection strategy for Health, Local Authorities (LAs) and Education in England, Wales and Scotland.
