Regulatory impact assessment - explosives

An impact assessment of manufacture and storage of explosives. The regulations are intended to correct an omission in the Manufacture and Storage of Explosives Regulations 2005 (SI 2005/1082)). A regulatory impact assessment is a policy tool which assesses the impact, in terms of costs, benefits and risks of any proposed regulation.
