Revised welfare at work guidance

A revised version of Welfare at Work: Guidance for Employers on Welfare Provisions (INDG293) is now available.

It sets out the welfare facilities employers must provide for their employees. It clarifies that it is not a legal requirement to put up signs for drinking water unless there is a risk of people drinking non-drinking water.
