HSE is aware that a multidisciplinary group have published a report (entitled ‘The ICL/Stockline Disaster’) into the multi-fatal explosion at Maryhill, Glasgow in 2004. HSE will not comment on this report in detail, but rejects the generalities of the accusations against HSE and its staff.
