Preventing contact dermatitis in the catering industry

The aim of the dermatitis in catering project is to raise awareness of the issue within the catering sector and begin a behavioural change to effect a reduction in the number of cases of dermatitis. This work forms part of the skin disease project within the disease reduction programme (DRP) which is part of the FIT3 programme. Local authority circular 15/2.
