COMAH: disclosure of information

HID semi-permanent circular describing the current position on disclosure of basic information about COMAH establishments. It sets out the information that can be provided, who will compile it, and where to get advice. It includes guidance on the National Security Direction and public registers and explains that requests for disclosure fall within scope of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004, which came into force on 1 January 2005.
