This event will best suit a manager and perhaps a charge hand or senior member of staff, who can take back any ideas and influence changes on the farm as a result of the event. The topics we plan to cover include a legislation update, health matters (including noise, dust and skin diseases), plus PPE & hygiene, along with veterinary medicines (storage, usage, precautions), site housekeeping (including working at height, asbestos, electricity and pressure washing, slips and trips), animal handling, and site transport (including the use of skid steers, tractors, tele handlers, slurry tankers).
