Genetically modified organisms public register

The Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) Regulations 2000 requires the Competent Authority to maintain a public register of information about all notifications concerning contained use. This large document contains information on premises and individual activities, including the nature of the work to be carried out at the premises, the purpose of individual activities and the characteristics of the GMOs involved. The register has been updated for February 2007.
