HSE investigation into the Inflatable Artwork incident, County Durham

The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is investigating an incident that took place at Riverside Park, Chester-le Street, County Durham on the afternoon of Sunday 23 July. A large inflatable art installation that was erected in the park lifted and tumbled. Two members of the public died as a result of the incident and others were injured, including a three-year-old girl.
