This describes HSE’s values and practical approach when liaising with victims, and, where possible, reflects the principles of the Victims’ Charter, Victims’ Code, Prosecutor’s Pledge and the Scottish Strategy for Victims, in addition to the Code for Crown Prosecutors and the Prosecution Code.
